Different Fields

There are places we’ll never see

Forever hidden from mortal sight

With objects strange and stars of black

And skies ablaze at night

Creatures beyond our imagining

Worlds we dare not touch

Where the term ‘human” is unknown

Though to us it means so much

Can we find these? Do we dare?

These places different and far

Not by any means we have

All beyond the outer star

Realities shift between here and there

If we ever are to reach

These fields beyond our time and space

But then we’ll learn and teach
